Rivermaniac is the newest kid in the Maniac Family. Following the successful footsteps of Nymphmaniac and Stillmaniac, we wanted to design true river fishing all-rounders into the family. As the Maniac Family is built without compromises, Rivermaniac rods are designed with a Medium action that offers the perfect balance for versatile river fishing. The Medium action excels in roll- and spey casting while also delivering delicate presentations and excellent control in varying river conditions.

Rivermaniac rod range includes ten rod models designed to all-round river fishing. The range builds up from #3 9’ to #6 9’ bringing the anglers a classy and carefully thought nine-footer range. In addition to the nine-footers we have added a #7 9’6’’ into the collection because some river fishing requires those true powerhouses for casting bigger streamer patterns or handling heavier fish like big browns, salmon, asp or migrating trout.
Medium action version reminds a bit of our old classic Cult. It is not that soft than the Cult was but there is a same kind of touch in it. The fast version we built indeed fast. It’s a super choice for windy conditions and situations where long casts are required.
