Niklaus is the face of Fly-Dressing and works with sales, demos, and bigger events. He does numerous films and other promotional stuff for Vision and Fly-Dressing. Niklaus has been working with Vision gear for over 27 years.

Mr. Bauer is the world's most well-known pike fly fisherman and has pushed the sport into the mainstream. His impact on fly design and the way we all fly fish for pike is immeasurable.

What is your thing in fly fishing, or do you fly fish at all? " Pike, perch, and sea trout are the species that I target the most. Other than that, I love to fly-fish for just about everything. If the bite is good, I'm game!"

What are your top 3 flies?  "Hover fly with a dragon tail, a gray Unholy, and a Martin's Minnow."

All-time favorite Vision products?  "Merisuola Predator 9' #10 and #7. The Big Mama and Vibe85 lines. The Vene bibs are astonishing too. "
