Juho is the Finnish sales manager and fresh blood in the company. Juho has worked previously in the outdoor & clothing industry. For Vision, Juho combines his professional know-how and passion for fly fishing. 

Juho is one of the dudes of the Hermit Collective that makes cool cinematic fly-fishing films. 

What is your thing in fly fishing, or do you fly fish at all? "For me it's all about trout, trout, and trout, with some side quests toward Arctic char. "

What are your top 3 flies?  "Black Surfboard, Golden Shiner, and Caddis."

All-time favorite Vision products? "The first-gen XO rods are my favorites. Especially the 9' #6."
