Jarkko is the Chief Operating Officer of Vision Group. He oversees all key operations, ICT systems, and HR daily + recruiting operations. He is also a frequent star in many Vision Fly Fishing films. Jarkko joined Vision in 2022 but was a longtime member of the pro team before that.

Jarkko has a long history of competition fly fishing and has won team gold and silver in the World Championships. He also has three golds in the Finnish National Championships. 

What is your thing in fly fishing, or do you fly fish at all? " I’m from Central Finland, and I’ve grown up learning fly fishing on the famous Finnish trout streams. Nowadays I travel a lot and fish all over the world for all sorts of species: trout, grayling, pike, perch, zander, tarpon, golden dorado, etc. Sight fishing and dry fly fishing are the best things you can do. Combining those two is even better! "

What are your top 3 flies?  "Black Wooly Bugger, CDC Caddis, and a Pheasant Tail Nymph."

All-time favorite Vision products?  "The first Nymphmaniac rod, the XO Graphene 9'3 #6, and the Vene jacket and trousers."
