Harri is a retired fishing guide who has been fly fishing since 1976. He is a self-made man who loves to learn things his own way. He loves to design his own flies and learn his own waters. Harri fly fishes for sea trout, salmon, brown trout, and grayling. He is also an expert fly fisherman for tarpon and cobia.

Harri is the fly fishing world champion of cobia fishing in 2017 and has been featured in the US TV show "Chasin' The Sun Fishing Show" for his tarpon fishing. Harri is also a decorated competition fly tyer and the guide of the year (2012) here in Finland.

What are your biggest passions in fly fishing? " I love to learn things myself. Designing flies is a big passion. I'm also very passionate about tarpon and cobia fishing. Sea trout, salmon, brown trout, and grayling are also really close to my heart. "

What are your top 3 flies?  "Undercoat, Supertinseli, and Pompero."

What is your wildest fishing memory? "It has to be winning the cobia world championships. I fought the winning fish for an hour. "
