Charlie Hall is a 53-year-old fly fishing enthusiast from Sweden who spends many days a year fishing in the Stockholm archipelago. Charlie started fly fishing at the age of 10 and fishes just about everything on fly. 

Charlie prefers wading or fishing with a belly boat to get as close to nature as possible. His favorite species are sea trout, perch, and pike. Charlie is also a great fly tyer. 

What are your biggest passions in fly fishing? " I would have to say chasing big sea trout in the archipelago or on the coast. Nothing better for me. "

Vision gear that you can't live without? " The #7 and #9 Meri, XO, and Merisuola predator rods. XLS and  XLV reels. Meri, Pikemaniac, and Vibe85+ lines. Musta hikers and Koski waders."

What are your top 3 flies?  "Wooly Bugger, Jiggy fly and Mulkkis."

What is your wildest fishing memory? "A trophy sea trout caught in the archipelago with a good friend. It's always extra fun to share the experience with friends."
